MADE TO MEASURE
Made-to-Measure Clothing:

Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-measure clothing, we are generally unable to offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your garment.

If there is a fault with the workmanship or if the garment does not match the agreed-upon measurements, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. We will arrange for alterations or, if necessary, a replacement.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, where alterations or replacements are not feasible.
STUDIO AND EQUIPMENT HIRE
Studio and Equipment Hire:

Refunds for studio and equipment hire are available if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If equipment malfunctions during your hire period, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the time lost.
PHOTOSHOOTS
Photoshoots:

The full total is required to secure your photoshoot booking.

Refunds for photoshoot deposits are available if you cancel your booking at least 3 days before your scheduled date.

Cancellations made with less than 2 days' notice may result in a 50% deposit being retained. cancellations on the day may result in a loss of your total booking.

If we are unable to complete the photoshoot due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
MEASUREMEMNT SERVICE
Measurement Service:

The measurement service itself is non-refundable. However, if there is an error in the measurements taken by us that leads to a faulty garment (made by Mykelis Campbell), we will rectify the issue at our expense.
